In males, notification rates were highest in the 20-44 year age groups, peaking in the 30-34 year age group (74.9 per 100,000). In females, rates were highest in the 25-29 and 30-34 year age groups, at 64.0 and 63.5 per 100,000 respectively. The female notification rate was lower than the male notification rate in almost all age groups.
