The flowchart illustrates the breakdown of activities for surveillance officers to administer the SMS process; Each SMS response emails a notification to the surveillance officer; the surveillance officer extracts mobile number from the email; opens up a spread sheet with the contact names and numbers; matches number from email to spreadsheet.  These results are then documenteds in NCIMS.
