·	In 2011 the peak was seen in week 52 at a rate of 12 notifications per 1000 consultations.
·	In 2012 the peak occurred in week 1 at 7 notifications per 1000 consultations.  
·	Rates in 2012 were slightly lower than rates seen in 2011 with the average for from October – December for 2011 and 2012 being 6 notifications per 1000 consultations and 5 notifications per 1000 consultations respectively.
