•	In 2014 the peak occurred in week 52 at 10 notifications per 1,000 consultations.
•	In 2015 the peak occurred in week 1 at 8 notifications per 1,000 consultations.  
•	Rates in the first quarter of 2015 were similar rates seen in the same reporting period in 2014 with the average from January – March for 2014 and 2015 being 6 notifications per 1,000 consultations and 6 notifications per 1,000 consultations respectively.
