This figure shows the annual notification rate for newly acquired hepatitis B from 2005 to 2014 for the following selected age groups: 0–4 years, 5–14 years, 15–19 years, 20–29 years, 30–39 years and 40+ years. Notification rates for those aged 15–19 years, 20–29 years and 30–39 years have declined over the 10 year period. Notification rates for those aged 0–4 years, 5–14 years and 40+ years have remained low and relatively stable.
