•	In 2013 the peak occurred in week 44 at 9 notifications per 1,000 consultations.  
•	Rates in the fourth quarter of 2013 were higher than rates seen in the same reporting period in 2012 with the average from October – December for 2012 and 2013 being 5 notifications per 1,000 consultations and 6 notifications per 1,000 consultations respectively.
