Continuity of Support

In the 2018-19 Federal Budget the Government announced that it had committed $109.8 million from 1 July 2019 for the Continuity of Support (CoS) measure. This measure provides psychosocial supports to former clients of ceased Commonwealth community mental health programs (Partners in Recovery, Support for Day to Day Living and Personal Helpers and Mentors Service) who were receiving services at 30 June 2019 and are ineligible for supports under the NDIS. CoS will provide ongoing funding, ensuring CoS clients continue to have access to responsive support as needed.
