Line graph demonstrates the rates for gastroenteritis by week of report and year, from 1 January 2014 to 30 September 2015. In 2014 the peak occurred in week 52 at 10 notifications per 1,000 consultations. In 2015 the peak occurred in week 1 at 8 notifications per 1,000 consultations.  Rates in the third quarter of 2015 were the same as rates seen in the same reporting period in 2014 with the average from July – September for 2014 and 2015 being 4.02 notifications per 1,000 consultations and 4.03 notifications per 1,000 consultations, respectively.
