•	Among those included in the <15 year graph, notification rates were highest for 0-5 months and lowest for those aged 6 months-4 years. All age groups experienced a dramatic increase from 2007 with peaks following in 2009 for those aged 0-5 months (562.1 per 100,000 population), in 2011 for those aged 6 months-4 years (331.0 per 100,000), those aged 5-9 years (556.2 per 100,000) and those aged 10-14 years (397.0 per 100,000).
