•	For the graph including age groups <6 months, rates were similar for those aged 0-1 months and those aged 2-3 months. These groups had a very high peak in 1997 and a similarly high peak in 2009 with a smaller peak in 2001. In 2009, rates were 622.7 per 100,000 for those aged 0-1 months and 576.1 per 100,000 for those aged 2-3 months. Rates for those aged 4-5 months were comparatively lower with peaks in 1997, 2001 and 2009 (223.1 per 100,000 population).
