Rates among those aged 10-64 years remain comparatively low throughout the period. Rates among those aged 65 years or over were low until 2003 and then they began to gradually increase, peaking in 2006 and then continuing to climb. In 2010, rates for those aged 65 years or over were 8.0 per 100,000 population.
