Prostheses List Information Sessions – Change of Time
The purpose of this Circular is to inform stakeholders of a change of time for the Prostheses List Information Sessions to be held in Sydney on 20 July 2012.
On 5 July 2012 the Department of Health and Ageing informed stakeholders through a PHI circular that three information sessions would be held, one in Melbourne and two in Sydney.
The morning Information Session in Sydney has been changed to begin at 9.00am and finish at 11.00am. The afternoon session will remain the same, however a clinical expert will not be available in the afternoon session.
The Melbourne Information Session remains unchanged.

Time: 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Venue: Hilton on the Park

Date: Friday, 20 July 2012
Time: 9.00am – 11.00am (clinical speaker) or
1.30pm – 3.30pm (no clinical speaker)
Venue: Rydges North Sydney
54 McLaren Street
If you have already confirmed your attendance at the morning session and will still attend, you need to do nothing, your name has already been registered.
If you have already confirmed your attendance and wish to change sessions, or to cancel your registration, then please do so via email
by Wednesday, 18 July 2012.
