Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2012 (No. 5) – Changes to Second-Tier Eligible Hospitals

The Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2012 (No. 5) were registered with the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments (FRLI) and commence on 20 September 2012 (FRLI No: F2012L01887). Changes to the Rules relating to Schedule 5 – Second-Tier Default Benefits are outlined below.

The closing date for applications is Friday, 9 November 2012.
