New Version (version 18.104.22.168) of Check-It 2 Released
This circular is to advise that the Check-It 2 validation program has been updated and is available for download on the Department’s website. This version is built to handle data submissions for the following months: July – October 2013.
Please use this tool
to check the quality of your data before submitting it to the Department.
Changes implemented to Check-It 2 Version 22.214.171.124
Updated on 26/07/2013 to include:
- Updated MBS Items (July 2013)
- Updated Postcodes (May 2013)
- Updated Hospital Provider Numbers
- Updated Insurer Identifiers
- Updated Prosthesis List (June 2013)
- Updated HCP2 Service Codes (June 2013)
- Added support for DRG version 7.0
- Added support for ICD-10-AM 8th edition
New data submission portal
As part of the Departments enterprise data warehouse project a new data submission portal is being introduced to handle data submissions. This is currently projected to be launched on 1 November 2013. The new portal will also conduct the data validation previously performed by Check-It 2 and replace the existing HCP email inbox/HCP secure web portal as the only way to submit your PHDB, HCP1, HCP2 and GT-Dental data files.
More detailed information and support arrangement advice will be provided prior to the launch of the portal.
It is important that we have accurate contact details for each data submitter as this information will be used to create accounts in the new data submission portal.
