There are two lines of data, one for same day and one for overnight separations. “Surcharge changes” is marked on each line at October 2008.
The line for same day separations commences just above 50%. The line for overnight separations commences just below 50%. There is no change to either of these lines until July 2008. Between July 2008 and June 2009 the trend for same day patients increases very slightly ending at approximately 52%, and the trend for overnight patients decreases very slightly ending at approximately 48%.
