Figure iv.1 shows the increase in domestic and overseas students completing courses leading to registration as a nurse between 2001 and 2011. The figures:
In 2001 there were 138 overseas students, 5,084 domestic students and a total of 5,222.
In 2002 there were 297 overseas students, 5,310 domestic students and a total of 5,607.
In 2003 there were 279 overseas students, 5,320 domestic students and a total of 5,599.
In 2004 there were 345 overseas students, 5,631 domestic students and a total of 5,976.
In 2005 there were 453 overseas students, 5,650 domestic students and a total of 6,103.
In 2006 there were 897 overseas students, 6,114 domestic students and a total of 7,011.
In 2007 there were 1,241 overseas students, 6,683 domestic students and a total of 7,924.

In 2009 there were 1,742 overseas students, 7,266 domestic students and a total of 9,008.
