- Include feedback from Initial review into feedback xls.
- Discuss with lead author/chair and resolve any changes – include responses in xls
- Post finalised protocol and PDF
- Post to website under ‘publicconsultation’ with 28 days expiry listed on the site
- Send out specific notification emails (see example in Appendix D)
- All general stakeholders (stakeholder xls) use previous notifications as a guide. Note on stakeholder xls who has been sent a notification.
- Specific cancer related stakeholders
- All AP (andHaem if required) fellows ( from IMIS( from IMIS, IQA, ALL only fellows – sort by discipline. )
- All expert committees
- CAP representative
- Post notification to Path Today and SPR newsletter
- After open consultation, compile responses from submitted forms (See Appendi x C on how to process forms) and send to lead author/chair.
- Agree changes and update feedback xls and protocol
- Send out to expert committee for final review.
- Then follow publication process.
